Working on my own salsa

I’ve been experimenting with my own salsa lately. This latest iteration may be the ticket! Here are the ingredients:

  • 1 14oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 onion cubed
  • Pepper
  • A few squirts of lime juice

I blend it all in my protein shake mixer until it looks like the consistency below:
