Combining a smoky artisan bacon taste with the salt of USA peanuts and the sugar of brittle didn’t sound too good to me. But after gobbling down my Sir Francis Bacon Peanut Brittle I must say it is an oddly scrumptious combination.
My lovely bride however, isn’t a fan. That is completely fine if my lovely lady doesn’t dig the bacon peanut brittle like I do. That means there’s more for me.
