I had a graduation party here at the house for my daughter a few days ago. That gave me a chance to bust out this new salsa from Tia Felia and test it out on my guinea pig guests. The salsa is a Chipotle Tomatillo flavor.
Though some of my wimpy guests thought the salsa had too much heat, I loved the heat level and could have even used more. But the heat wasn’t the best part. The smokey flavor of the chipotle was absolutely fantastic. I devoured the entire bottle within 36 hours of when I opened it. I used the salsa on chips and also made myself three rounds of leftover fajitas. I never eat leftovers, but with the Tia Felia Chipotle Tomatillo Salsa on top, I think I could eat left over shoe soles…
