Rub your meat. Go ahead. You’ll be glad you did. I suggest using Little Oats Steak Rub. This is a nice rub which adds a good boost to beef, but more importantly lets the beef’s flavor shine without overpowering it.
We enjoyed this rub a few days ago while trying out a new cut of beef which is just off the shoulder. The texture was quite nice and the rub complimented this unique cut nicely.
